Permits: Residential Healthcare Facilities

These facilities are required to meet all food service requirements stated in S.C. Regulation 61-25, Retail Food Establishments.

Food services associated with a residential healthcare facility must also meet additional requirements set out in the applicable S.C. healthcare licensing regulations.
