DHEC’s Hampton County Public Health sets flu clinic for Low Country residents

VARNVILLE – The South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control’s Region 8 Public Health, which serves Beaufort, Colleton, Hampton and Jasper counties, will hold an appointment-only influenza vaccination clinic on Nov. 5 in Hampton County.

Residents who want to reduce their risk of flu should call for an appointment. Clinics will be conducted by appointment to reduce the likelihood of waiting.

  • The DHEC flu shot clinic will be held:
    Nov 5, 2007
    9 a.m. until 3 p.m.
    Hampton County Health Department, 501 Carolina Avenue West, Varnville

  • There is a $25 charge for the vaccination, which Medicare Part B and Medicaid will cover for those who are eligible. Cash or check payment also will be accepted.
