DHEC’s Hampton County Public Health sets flu clinic for area residents

VARNVILLE – The South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control’s Region 8 Public Health Services, which serves Beaufort, Colleton, Hampton and Jasper counties, will hold an appointment-only influenza vaccination clinic on Oct. 20 in Hampton County.

Residents who want to reduce their risk of flu should call for an appointment. Clinics will be conducted by appointment to reduce the likelihood of waiting.

  • There is a $25 charge for the vaccination, which Medicare Part B and Medicaid will cover for those who are eligible. Cash or check payment also will be accepted. Please do not let cost prevent you from seeking your flu shot. Ask how we can help.
