State Mining Council to meet

COLUMBIA – The S.C. Mining Council will hold its annual meeting starting at 10 a.m. on Dec. 2, the state Department of Health and Environmental Control announced today.

The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss general business, elect officers and appoint appeal committees.

The meeting will be held in conference room 2102 at DHEC’s Bureau of Land and Waste Management, 8911 Farrow Road in Columbia.
