Purpose:

To advance preparedness, communication, and collaboration among community health care organizations, response partners and public health to achieve 2013 HPP goals.

Objectives:

  • Increase emphasis on broader, community-wide health care preparedness coalitions.
  • Provide examples of the health care organizations, response partners and public
  • health to adequately address community needs during emergencies.
  • Provide information to support capabilities related to the 2013 SC HPP Grant.
