| Sustainable Opportunities Assessment | |||
| All assessments are free, confidential, non-regulatory, and by invitation only. When invited, the Center can perform an assessment to help facilities reduce their wastes and/or recycle by-products and provide information on pollution prevention. Services may include providing information on regulatory concerns by relaying questions to DHEC's staff in a confidential format. | Compliance assistance visits are free, confidential, non-regulatory, and by invitation only. A compliance assistance visit will help a facility gain a better understanding of what the environmental regulations require to remain in compliance. Such visits also provide an opportunity to ask regulatory questions confidentially.
