Sustainable Opportunities Assessment Visits: All sustainable opportunities assessment visits are free, confidential, non-regulatory and by invitation only. When invited, the Center can perform sustainable opportunities assessments to help facilities reduce their wastes and/or recycle by-products and provide information on pollution prevention. Services may include providing information on regulatory concerns by relaying questions to DHEC's staff in a confidential format.

Compliance Assistance Visits: Compliance assistance visits are free, confidential, non-regulatory, and by invitation only.  A compliance assistance visit will help a facility gain a better understanding of what the environmental regulations require to remain in compliance.  Such visits also provide an opportunity to ask regulatory questions confidentially.  If you are interested in receiving a compliance assistance visit, please complete the following form and submit it to the Center for Waste Minimization via fax (803-896-8999) or email Stacey Washington.
