- June 6, 2013: EPA published the 2008 Ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS) Phase II Implementation Rule. Comments are due to EPA on or before August 5, 2013.
- May 21, 2013: EPA has published two draft Technical Assistance Documents (TADs) on the use of modeling and monitoring to determine if an area meets the 2010 Sulfur Dioxide (SO2) NAAQS. Comments due July 22, 2010.
- December 26, 2012: EPA has redesignated the South Carolina part of the Charlotte nonattainment area for the 1997 Ozone NAAQS to attainment.
