Enforcement
Introduction:
The Enforcement Section ensures compliance with applicable Federal and State regulatory requirements by the application of tools that will return a violating source to compliance and provide an effective deterrent for future non-compliance. Regulations are applicable to many sources, including minor and major stationary sources, and may involve issues such as asbestos and open burning.
