General Construction Permits

At this time, the Bureau of Air Quality is in the process of developing General Construction Air Permits. We are interested in evaluating feedback from stakeholders and potential affected facilities.

The General Synthetic Minor Construction Permit for Fuel Combustion Operations at Non-PSD Facilities is currently undergoing public notice ending on December 27, 2012. The draft permit and applicable conditions is available for viewing on the Air Permitting Public Notices webpage.
