Scheduled Public Hearings

The documents contained on this page include information for upcoming scheduled public hearings concerning the Bureau of Air Quality's regulations currently found in the South Carolina State Register.

Pursuant to 40 CFR 51.102, for those public hearings highlighted in red, no request for a hearing was received by the Department, and as such, the hearing has been canceled.

Notice of Public Hearing 11/2/09:  Attainment Plan for the RFATS MPO, SC 8-Hour Ozone NAAQS Nonattainment Area

Interested members of the public and regulated community are invited to comment on the Department’s proposal to submit an amended attainment demonstration for the Rock Hill Fort Mill Area Transportation Study (RFATS) Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) 8-hour ozone NAAQS non-attainment area as part of the Charlotte-Gastonia-Rock Hill nonattainment area.
