Oxygenate Certification

Beginning in 2009, the UST Program will begin requiring that laboratories be certified through the SCDHEC Office of Environmental Laboratory Certification for the oxygenate compounds. The UST Program will require that laboratories submit the application for certification no later than December 31, 2008. Beginning April 1, 2009, the UST Program will no longer reimburse costs for oxygenate analysis for any laboratory that is not certified.
