Dry Cleaning
The Dry Cleaning program is responsible for administering South Carolina's Drycleaning Facility Restoration Trust Fund by using funds to assess, prioritize, and clean up registered dry-cleaning sites that are polluted within the state. In addition, the program oversees the ranking, investigation and remediation of dry cleaning sites within South Carolina.
Contractors interested in obtaining certification to perform work under th Drycleaning Restoration Trust Fund must submit a completed application to the Department. The application can be found at
