Whiteboard Lesson DHEC's Office of Solid Waste Reduction and Recycling (Office) has taken one of the most popular lessons -- "My Bag" -- from its award-winning curriculum supplement, "Action for a cleaner tomorrow," and developed it into a teaching tool for the interactive whiteboard technology. Developed in conjunction with Mr. Derek McQuiston with Rock Hill School District 3, this teaching tool brings the importance of recycling and waste reduction directly into your classroom in a fun and interactive manner. The whiteboard lesson is provided in the chart below. It is provided as both Promethean and Smartboard files. Please note that both versions are rather large -- more than 330 MB each -- and may require several minutes to download. Once you download the file to your computer, right click on it to UNZIP the components within the file.
