SITES COLLECT: Cans (aluminum, steel), plastic bottles and jugs (#1-#7), glass (brown, green, clear), paper (cardboard, magazines, office paper, newspaper and inserts), lead-acid batteries, used motor oil, filters and bottles, tires (except Newberry Site), white goods (large appliances), scrap metal and household electronics -- NOTE: Sites marked with an asterisk (*) accept farmer oil (up to 55 gallons). Sites marked with two asterisks (**) accept oil/gasoline mixture.

Staffed Drop-off Site 

  • Transfer Station, 11374 Hwy 34, (near the U.S. Forest Service) 
HOURS: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.; Saturday, 8 a.m. - 12 p.m.

SITE COLLECTS: Yard trimmings, tires, white goods (large appliances) and scrap metal
