Collecting Recycling Data from Municipalities ...
Even though municipalities are NOT required to report to DHEC, a new on-line reporting program called Re-TRAC Connect (a Web-based data management system, provided by DHEC) has been created. This program allows cities to not only meet the full-cost reporting requirements of the S.C. Solid Waste Policy and Management Act of 1991 each October, but it also enables cities to report their recycling activities.
