Comments on Proposed Federal UST Regulations

EPA has proposed changes be made to the federal UST Regulations 40CFR 280 and 40 CFR 281. These proposed changes were sent out for public comment in 2011. Here is a link to the comments that SCDHEC sent back to EPA regarding these proposed changes.
