| Community Involvement liaisons are available to assist individuals, groups, or communities with environmental issues and concerns. They interact with the public directly on an individual basis as well as in community meetings. The liaisons work in a cooperative partnership with the public to address environmental issues. | ||||
| Karin Skipper and Karen Sprayberry work in Environmental Quality Control (EQC) and are located in Columbia, SC. Karin oversees all of the Community Involvement liaisons and staff. Karen assists the Community Involvement liaisons and also focuses on Environmental Justice. Karin and Karen are responsible for the following counties: | ||||

Richelle Tolton is the Lowcountry Regional Community Liaison. She is responsible for overseeing community involvement in the following counties: Allendale, Beaufort, Berkeley, Calhoun, Charleston, Colleton, Dorchester, Georgetown, Hampton, Horry, Jasper, Orangeburg, and Williamsburg Counties. | ||
