2011 Update of the 208 Water Quality Management Plan
DHEC has recently completed 2-year process to comprehensively revise the current 208 Plan to reflect changes in the State’s water quality management needs since the last update in 1997. Below is the timeline used for completing revisions to each section of the current plan. A final plan is expected to be complete in the summer of 2011.

The updated 208 Plan has been approved by the DHEC Board and is awaiting EPA approval. The final version of the plan can be found here.
