The SRF Has Money Now

The State Revolving Loan Fund (SRF) programs provide eligible borrowers with long-term, low-interest rate loans for the construction of drinking water or wastewater treatment and transmission facilities. Currently, the SRF has money available to loan for both drinking water and clean water projects. To secure this low cost financing, contact the SRF Section of DHEC at the earliest stage possible for any project that you may be planning.
