Outreach Resources for Phase II Stormwater

EPA stormwater rules require many of South Carolina’s cities and towns to implement public outreach and education programs as part of their local efforts to reduce pollutants in stormwater runoff. These pages are designed to assist these towns and cities with their public outreach and education efforts through links to resources, materials, programs and other useful information.

This site is provided by the SC Department of Health and Environmental Control's Runoff Nonpoint Source Outreach and Education Program. It serves as an informational resource and not as program endorsements.
