• About the Program
  The State Revolving Fund (SRF) program provides low-interest rate loans for building or repair to wastewater and drinking water plants or distribution systems. The program is run by the Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) and the Budget and Control Board (BCB).
  
• Who Can Apply? 
  Municipalities, counties, and special purpose
  districts can apply for an SRF loan.

  For Fiscal Year 2012 over $200 million is available forwastewaterprojects andover $50 million for drinking water projects.
