The Stimulus Law:
American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009
On February 17, 2009, the president signed into law a financial package focused on stimulating the economy and creating and saving jobs. Stimulus funds are assigned to several programs DHEC manages including the State Revolving Fund (Water and sewer infrastructure).
