Model Policy

The Division is working to increase the number of smoke-free places throughout the state by developing model tobacco-free policies tailored to schools, hospitals, faith-based settings, worksites and recreation facilities.

Our staff has worked with community partners and stakeholders to develop the following model policies that when adopted protect people from secondhand smoke exposure and set a positive health standard.
