Progress Report and Final Completion Report
Please use the following format for Progress Reports as outlined in Section 607.2 of R.61-15.
Each item should be addressed individually:
- Costs incurred on the project;
- Construction activity;
- Program or service activity; and
- Any deviations from the submitted application, along with supporting documentation.
