Children's Health Services are provided across the state in public health departments. Public Health staff work with families to provide and support primary and preventive care.

There are no income requirements for Children's Health Services. However, patients may be asked to pay for certain services. Check with your local public health department to determine if there is a cost for specific services.

Priority Public Health Services include:

• Postpartum Newborn Home Visits SCDHEC - Postpartum Newborn Home Visits
• Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Pre-discharge Home Visits

Based on resources, additional services may also be offered. Other services include:
