BabyNet is South Carolina's IDEA Part C interagency early intervention program for infants and toddlers under three years of age with developmental delays or conditions associated with developmental delays.

SC First Steps to School Readiness is the BabyNet lead agency.  DHEC provides selected BabyNet services under contract with First Steps.  DHEC BabyNet services include contacting families after a referral is made to BabyNet.
