MCH Planning and Evaluation

The MCH Planning and Evaluation branch of the Division is responsible for coordinating Bureau level strategic planning, evaluation, and coordinating activities associated with the Federal Title V Block Grant. Each year, states are required to submit a Title V Block Grant application that includes data on national outcomes measures, national performance measures, state performance measures and program performance. In addition, a comprehensive needs assessment identifying health needs and state performance measures are required every five years.
