- Complete a Materials Library Order Form (DHEC-0520). You will need to reference the publication’s ML# and the title.
- You can submit the form electronically to oneillt@dhec.sc.gov, fax the form to (803) 898-3476 or mail the form to DHEC’s Educational Materials Library, 2600 Bull Street, Columbia, SC 29201.
