Service Hours and Fees
Regular Hours: The Wagener Health Department is open the first Tuesday of each month from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Fees: Child Health Immunizations (18 years or younger will not be denied due to a client's inability to pay. Adult Immunizations are provided fee for service. Medicaid, private pay, and private insurance are billed when appropriate.
