A limited number of Family Support Services are offered to address medical risk factors that interfere with a patient’s ability to maintain an optimal state of health. The services support primary medical care and are directed toward the maintenance, improvement, or protection of health or toward the diagnosis and treatment of illness or disability. For information contact your local health department.
Children who are eligible for the Vaccines-for-Children (VFC) Program may receive routine childhood immunizations at our public health departments in Beaufort, Bluffton, Colleton and Hampton Counties. Children not eligible for VFC should see their primary health care practitioner for immunizations. Most pediatric and some family medical practices in Region 8 participate in the VFC Program as well.
To make an appointment for any of our clinic services, just call 843-525-5915. If outside the local Beaufort calling areas, dial 1-(888)-325-8599.
