II. SUBJECT: Sanctions completed during the period September 1, 2010, through September 30, 2010.
III. FACT: For the period September 1, 2010 through September 30, 2010, Health Regulation issued one (1) Consent Orders with a total penalty of $2,000.

IV. ANALYSIS:
- Thermo Electron Radiation Measurement and Protection, 312 Miami Street, West Columbia, SC 29170. Under a Consent Order executed July 30, 2010, a monetary penalty of $2,000.00 was paid by the company. The company was found to have violated Regulation 61-63, Radioactive Materials, for failing to have written approval for trustworthy and reliable individuals to have unescorted access to radioactive material in quantities of concern.
