III. FACT: For the period March 1, 2011 through March 31, 2011, Health Regulation issued three (3) Consent Orders with total penalties of $ 2,500.

IV. ANALYSIS:
- Carolina's Best Tanning, 1221 Bower Parkway, Unit 107, Columbia, S.C. 29212. Under a Consent Order executed February 15, 2011, the facility paid a monetary penalty of $1,500 with $500 of the civil penalty being stayed upon the facility demonstrating compliance with the required Regulations. The facility was found to have violated Regulation 61-106, Tanning Facilities, for failure to operate in a manner to prevent an overexposure to nonionizing radiation and to develop emergency procedures to follow in the event of an actual or alleged injury.

- Palmetto Ambulance Service, 1758 Airport Blvd., Cayce, SC 29033. Under a Consent Order executed February 11, 2011, the company paid a monetary penalty of $1,500. The company was found to have violated Regulation 61-7, Emergency Medical Services, for failure to submit approved electronic run reports to the Department for the period March 2010 until January 2011.
