Flu Vaccine Shortage Related Questions

In response to 2004 - 2005 Influenza Vaccine Shortage in the United States, we asked 17 additional questions in November, December 2004, January and February 2005 in SC BRFSS to collect information on flu vaccine usage in current and past flu season for both adults and children.  For a complete list of the questions, please refer to 2004 or 2005 SC BRFSS Questionnaire, which can be downloaded from the homepage.

Since the results are presented by month to track the flu vaccine usage, password is required to access the information because of confidentiality and reliability issues.  Please contact Beili Dong, BRFSS Coordinator at dongb@dhec.sc.gov if you need the password.
