If you have questions on compliance with an approved plan, inspection requirements or monthly reports, you may contact the Water Pollution Compliance Section. Inspections of permitted sites are performed by staff located in Regional Offices throughout the state.

Enforcement

Enforcement of stormwater regulations is handled by the Water Pollution Enforcement Section.

The following staff work in our offices in Columbia and work to administer the NPDES General Permit for Stormwater Discharges from Industrial Activities.
