Chlorinated Solvent Decision Tree

The SCDHEC invites you to review and comment on the Chlorinated Solvent Decision Tree.The Chlorinated Solvent Decision Tree is not a regulation or a guidance document, but it is a tool that can be used to evaluate and/or select an innovative technology to address dissolved chlorinated solvents in unconsolidated aquifers. Please e-mail your comments to by June 6, 2011. The Decision Tree may be revised in response to comments that are received, and it will be updated as new information becomes available. The Department will respond to written comments as needed. A three hour class is scheduled for May 4, 2011 from 1-4 pm in Peeples Auditorium to discuss the rationale and various components of the decision tree. There will also be an opportunity to share comments and suggestions during the three hour class. The class has been approved for 3 PG CEUs.
