Food Safety - 2018 Regulatory Revision R.61-25

DHEC is holding its second round of interactive forums to provide you with information on the proposed revision to Retail Food Establishments: Regulation 61-25. After our first round of forums in the Spring, we took note of your concerns and incorporated your feedback into our proposed revision. Now, we're returning to your communities to show you our official proposal. As with the first round of forums, we will be taking this time to receive your feedback, so please come with comments and questions. These forums are free to attend, open to the public, and registration is not required. The locations, dates, and times for these forums are as follows:

You can download a copy of the draft Reg. 61-25 and a summary of changes. Please be aware this proposed regulation document is unofficial and merely a draft.  After incorporating feedback, the Bureau will present a completed proposed regulation to the DHEC Board for authorization to publish in the October South Carolina State Register.
