Board of Health and Environmental Control will meet immediately following the adjournment of the 10:00 a.m. meeting of the SC Board of Health and Environmental Control Thursday, August 8, 2019. Board Room No. 3420 at 2600 Bull St. in Columbia. The meeting will be open for the public to listen to the proceedings.
