DHEC will hold a virtual public meeting and public hearing on July 28, 2022, to share information and accept comments on the proposed modification of Buist Mine. For added accessibility to those who may not be able to attend in person, the public meeting and hearing will be held virtually using an online platform. Interested persons can participate in one or both events using a phone, computer, or other mobile device. Please complete the registration form prior to July 28, 2022, if you plan to participate in either event.   

Virtual access to the public meeting will be open at 5:15 pm on July 28, 2022.  The public hearing will begin at 6:30. Information on how to join the public meeting and/or hearing by phone or computer will be posted on this webpage on July 28, 2022.
