DHEC’s Bureau of Land and Waste Management and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will hold a joint virtual public hearing on April 1, 2021 at 6:30 PM eastern time to accept oral comments and supporting information on the draft mining operating permit and draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (SEIS). Anyone who plans to join the public hearing should complete the registration form.
