DHEC will hold a public meeting at referenced facility, time, and place. A facility summary has been included, the summary gives general information on the facility application and public meeting protocol. During the public meeting the Department will provide a presentation on the proposed facility, answer questions, and accept written and oral comments. Time constraints on building use may limit questions, however they will be addressed in writing.  If you were a petition organizer, this invitation is being sent to you in accordance with R. 61-43 §200.60.D, Standards for the Permitting of Agricultural Animal Facilities, Public Notice Requirement. All comments after the meeting must be submitted in writing on or before May 19, 2022, to:
