Royal Farms notified DHEC of its withdrawal of its application for coverage under the NPDES Construction Stormwater General Permit for construction of a gas station at the site on Hwy. 17 in Pawleys Island, SC. 

As there are no pending applications, requests for coverage or certifications with the Department, DHEC is cancelling the previously planned Public Meeting and Public Hearing scheduled for May 1, 2023 at 6 pm at the Waccamaw Neck Public Library.
