DHEC is transitioning all Septic Tanks program functions to our online system called ePermitting; which is designed to support the full regulatory lifecycle while allowing our external customers to do business with us through the same platform. ePermitting will allow you to submit applications, self- inspection forms, and all pertinent documentation online in one portal. It will also allow you to access your account at any time and obtain real time updates on the status of your application. 

We will be conducting virtual training for our customers on Jan. 10, 12, and 18, 2023. The training topics will include creating an account, entering an application, and payment of the application, as well as what to expect while the application is being processed. We are very excited about this process improvement and the opportunities that it brings to both you and the Agency. Please make plans to attend one of the virtual training sessions.
