Generally, these reports are available 30 days after an inspection. Reports for inspections performed during the last 3 years are available. Reports prior to those dates and other public records may be requested by mail, phone, fax, or email by contacting DHEC's Freedom of Information office .

Federal Certification Information - Nursing Homes
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Nursing Home Database contains information on every Medicare and Medicaid certified nursing home in the country. Generally, Bureau of Certification reports are available 60 days after the inspection.
